Work showcases my instinctual ability to shoot both fashion and portraiture to consistently modern and elegant effect. I find inspiration in emotionally realistic films, creating photographs that make use of lighting and set design to imagine a dreamlike world. I started shooting, editing, and directing my own short form at 22 years old. Inspired by form and simplicity, I love to play with natural light and make sensational use of the assets of the surrounding space and the subject in the spotlight. Influenced by the infectious beauty of the cities I lived in during my 6-year travels: New York, Jaipur, Hong Kong, Bali, Auckland and Sydney. I draw inspiration from the surrounding contrasts of both big cities and surfer culture.
